How long does it usually take to get the authorization file?

Dear Acustica team,

I have just purchased Nebula3 Pro and I have submitted my .ser file via the website and also via e-mail. How long does it usually take for the delivery of the authorization file. So far it has been a few hours for me. Is the turn-around time many hours? Many days?

Your help will be most appreciated.

I sent mine (needed new .ser due to new pc) at night and received it morning, but its weekend so little delay is normal.

From Monday to Friday less than 24 hours but on Weekends 24 to 48 hours.

Good morning,

I saw the activation file from Giancarlo this morning when I checked my e-mail. I ran it and now Nebula3 Pro is completely authorized. Thanks Giancarlo.

One thing I noted when I logged into my Acustica account this morning is that my authorization page still says "You have no licenses". Is this part of the website functional yet? At this time, it does not matter because Nebula3 is working fine, but for future reference it would be nice to know if my Acustica account will store the license on-line.

Website admin prepared something for the automatic authorization system, but we still doing manually.

I Have the Same Problem Here, everytime i go to the "My Authorizations"page it says that i have no Licenses, even though i've had Nebula since May ... it's a little confusing, espacially as this page is still asking to upload an authorization file.
Any ideas when this will be put right ?

Me too...bought the Nebula 3 Pro bundle eight days ago...I
would love to be able to check out the stuff available in
the 3rd party bundles...absolutely love the program...
sounds amazing and is really solid on my system...
I would be very grateful if you guys could sort this out for me...cheers ;)
