I've not ever count them ... but I'll note that certain libraries [like consoles], can be heavy. Of course, they are 10 kernel presets [which I believe can weigh on performance.

For example [even on my 5820K], if I try to run 2 console presets at full TIMED, my signal can start to break up. So if I do run TIMED, I only use 2 of 3 options].

Counter that with 'Clean' presets [no harmonics], I not counted cause I've not hit a limit. Clean presets are usually 1-3 kernels.
