Yes I did. That was something I thought of and it still did not work. I Also reinstalled both Magix apps, that was the first thing I tried.

sorry to hear about your ongoing trouble.

so there seems to be something wrong in windows 8.1 together with nebula.

i too, had the impression from your description, you were experiencing a lot of crashes beside using nebula.
so it seems you'll have to go back to win 7, when you want to use nebula atm.

i really have no problem here with win 8.0 and samplitude and nebula (all 32 bit).

i wish you a fast solution of your problems, so you can get back to making/mixing music as soon as possible :)

ok contact us. We could provide an old release, in the case. Here I'm using windows 8.0 and it works pretty well. Check you ARE the administrator and you are running your host in admin mode.

There is an article on the web "how to make windows 8 understand you ARE the administrator"

I did try to contact you yesterday, but the support emails are coming back to me saying "Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 24.3 hour(s):
* [email protected]"

I did do it from your site the fist time that you told, but I tried it again. Hopefully it will go thru this time.
