I cannot open the download section on this site!

Hi, after I enter "My Products", type in my username and password and going through "commercial" and all subfolders this happens:

"Server is temporarily unavailable. Pleaes check back later."

.. and I have checked back later, for over a week now :cry:

I'm not in a rush, but I would like to try the newest update :)

There is shortcut: Customer Area > Dashboard > My Products - Downloads, select the arrow of the product download.

Several OS does not build in with Sun Java. Box site needs Java enable in browser and also Flash. Box site is working, you can check it here: https://app.box.com/ or use the IP address: 74.112.185.70.

Internet browser(s) and DNS/Proxy Servers use cache files to broadcast less requests, so there is a go idea to clean your browser cache when you have an issue.

NOTE: If you can rich BOX site using IP address but not with URL, there is an issue in your ISP servers.
