Having Trouble Downloading The Latest Version of Nebula

Post by zwatrif » Fri Feb 21, 2014 7:25 am

Hello,

I am registered Nebula Pro user and I'm trying download the latest version. With the old website, this was easy to do. With the new website, this is the problem that I'm having:

I log in with my user name and password.
I go to Customer Area/Dashboard.
I go to My Products - Downloads
I click the download arrow for Nebula3 Pro Bundle
It asks for a password.
I type in the only password that I have.
I get "Wrong password"

How do I download the latest version of Nebula Pro?

Thanks in advance for any help!

-Mike

Don't use spaces in The password.
Thanks
