So if I add a library, set FROZENBOOT to 0. Load up Nebula, let it do it's thing so that the new library is added, then after that set FROZENBOOT back to 1?
Correct.

Thank you for the updates :-)

AU version is 1.3.655 and not 1.3.668?
VST is 1.3.668 on MAC.

Couldnt you just add a checksum to the library folder, if that changes then do a rescan.. if it's the same then skip it?

Would still mean getting a directory listing of the programs/ + vectors/ folder and comparing the times/dates to know which file to (re)scan.

With people having thousands of programs it will still be slow (although not _that_ slow in all honesty).

Correct.
It was previously stated on the forum that there was a 'FREEZEBOOT' tag in the XML file, and now with the new version it is 'FROZENBOOT' ?
Which one is it? Are there differences? :)

Freezeboot is wrong.
Frozenboot is correct. We cant add a checksum because just checking if files changed takes time. There is a new level of cache, so everything is packed in a single file. Frozenboot means files are not scanned at all, but the single cache file is read
