Hi scooter,

I found this: ... =viewtopic

Enrique says you should "send" the .SER file to [email protected]. I think that area (My Authorizations) sends the SER file to that e-mail address though I'm not sure since I've never done it through it. In any case, you could send it again using your own e-mail (hotmail, gmail, etc.) and see if that works.

@AA: Seriously guys, you have to make this automatic, it's a pain for your loyal customers.
