VST plugin - CLeq User interface Alpha testers wanted
Re: VST plugin - CLeq User interface Alpha testers wanted
Hey!
Sorry for being a bit absent the last month.
Anyway, the reason for the latency issue i think is because Cubase cant handle latency changes "on the fly". Unfortunately i dont know how to get around this issue but to lock the latency at MAX all the time. Currently it changes as the settings are changed to keep it as low as possible.
What do you think? Maybe the dynamic latency thing is a nono since there isnt very good support in the hosts?
/Cheers

Yeah I dont know - I'm not a programmer. All I know is that this software is essentially useless to me as it is right now.
Re: VST plugin - CLeq User interface Alpha testers wanted
Used the 64 bit Cleq version 8 yesterday and I was blown away...
The ultimate would be to do a framework where we could pick and choose different Eqs and use them in this fashion.
Amazing workflow!

YES ... hope development continues on this great concept.
As for the 'latency' issue ... maybe only a Cubase thing, as I've not found issue with Reaper ... but I've only down small testing.
Obviously the idea of user created chains/packages would be great!
Again ... having quick access to the entire EQ strip catapults work flow to a familiar groove

Can anyone reupload the latest files? F...ing dropbox never works when people need it.. I guess it only holds files for a week or so.. (I on x64 system), thanks! Great project by the way

Re: VST plugin - CLeq User interface Alpha testers wanted
please... reupload... someone..

Re: VST plugin - CLeq User interface Alpha testers wanted
sooo.... anyone.. come on.. I have the first alpha, works very good! Hope this project doesn't die since it's such a great idea already developed.. I'd love to be able to switch individual bands to other eqs/libs.. we could make nebula eq monster covering more eqs.. right?

Re: VST plugin - CLeq User interface Alpha testers wanted
I am VERY appreciative of the hard work that has gone into this plugin! Can't thank you enough grisman!
But I do agree with lipa. This has a LOT of promise! The only complaint I have now is the latest build still has that latency issue that is solved by turning it off and on again... not a big complaint really.
But if this concept were applied in other ways with other Nebula libraries... I would pay for it!

hey.
Ive been kind of gone the last half year or so. But ill try and revisit this project a bit in the next months.
Any new ideas surface that could prove useful?
Maybe the plugin should just become a host for other nebulas that could be setup by the user in some way?
Cheers, Jocke
