Completely lost....

Post by chrisevs » Mon Apr 26, 2010 12:16 am

Hi

Hope someone can help. Having tried Nebula 3 free last week I bought Nebula 2 on Friday and duly installed Nebula 2 earlier today; this correctly created a serial number and i duly Sent that to [email protected] and received a licence but it was a Nebula 3 one. Ran that but it didnt allow me past the Nebula loader within Reaper. Hence I emailed and was sent a Nebula2licence.exe, which I again ran.

Unfortunately my pc crashed during first load up of Nebula 2 and upon reboot my F: drive (my audio hard drive) disappeared so I had to do a system restore. This also meant I had to re-install Nebula. I have done this but the nebula2licence.exe file i have now does not work, and this re-install did not create another serial for me to send across as im guessing i may need a new nebula2licence.

This is all a bit frustrating and a very truncated installation system compared to other software I have. Can anyone please help?

Many thanks

you have a wrong license. Ask to graziano again, send the ser file again. He generated a neb3 license. Btw is your c:\ device a standard hard drive device?

Feel for ya brother

I'm waiting to install my .SER thingy so I hope it goes smooth

Maybe a simplified install process for those of us without a Computer Science degree would help but I'm not complaining ;)

if you didn't receive yet maybe was caused by antispam filters. Send your ser file directly to me, even a pm with attachment is good (or attach it here)
