Nebula TMV effects dry/wet - am I doing something wrong?

Post by greekpeet » Sat Apr 24, 2010 3:36 pm

Hi guys maybe someone can explain a little better but I've never been able to get the TMV effects to 'mix' right. What I mean is I normally have to send them to a send but when its set to 100% dry its never dry, and there is still weird (sometimes good though) stuff going on and does not behave like any other effect I've ever used.

100% dry should be 100% dry as in effect is bypassed.

Why is this not the case with these programs?

Also I've noticed the reverbs do kind of the same thing. At the end of the day its all using your ears but seems they don't work as the visual representation suggests.

Any help or insight would be welcome.

it's possible a tmv can't be properly synchronized, due to the strange impulse response. So a mix with the dry component could not be possible easily, use the dry knob in such case.
