Mandatory requirements
In order to use products from the official 3rd party developers:

- It is mandatory first to install either N4 Player OR N4. Only after this it will be possible to proceed with the installation of 3rd party products.
- Please don't install both versions of N4 - use only one of them to guarantee a proper functioning of the products!
- If you already use N4 please don't install N4 Player.
- Please make sure that you use an up-to-date version of N4 or N4 Player (at the point of this release N4 is version 1.1.011).
- N4 FREE and N4 Player cannot coexist.

The easiest way to always stay updated is to use our application Aquarius (please refer to the provided on the linked page manual for more info). Upon being loaded Aquarius performs a server check for updates. It is a good practice to open Aquarius and check if you have the latest version of our software.

- Official 3rd party developers products are only available in Aquarius.

Just started to demo. I noticed that enabling the pre- in resets any adjusted gain ins/ outs back to zero. Is this intended behavior?

Hello ceemusic,

Yes, it has to be considered as expected. We thought about removing it, but we kept it as an easy way to return to zero. However, when saving presets, positions different from zero are kept (that's at least what I tested).

Thanks, is this based on a J-FET solid state or hybrid?

Can't get this trial to show up in Aquarius. Created order successfully on Acustica site but still no show.

Hello kad974,

Sorry for this late reply, and sorry if I'm going to tell you things you already know, I would need to know exactly your situation to solve specific installation issues.

In order to install Bronze (Trial/Commercial if you have bought it) and make it work, you first need to install N4Player OR N4 (not both, just one of the 2) via Aquarius. Bronze is not a standalone plugin, but a (multi-instance) library which requires an engine (N4P or N4) to be used.

Bronze (Trial and/or Commercial) can be installed via Aquarius, but you need to setup correctly Aquarius first, to refer to the right path of N4P/N4 (folder nebula4temprepository).

Once Aquarius is set up correctly, you just need to Install/Authorize Bronze from it, and it will put all you need in the correct folder.

Then Bronze will be visible in the Finder section of N4P/N4.
