Out of curiosity...Was this sampled off a Fairchild 660 or a replica?

Re: Suggestion??? Best 3rd library for Smoothing out Lead Vo

I just did this actually. https://soundcloud.com/trell-blaze/hey-world This song was tracked by a thin/harsh Sterling ST55 and I used the HO U67 and N**e Vocal channel strip and it was night day. If I were to add tape and Cupwise's 660 it would have been even smoother. I can send you the before and...

Re: Chorus/Stereo Enhancers

Thanks for the clear explanation man. I understand now. So if chorus can be sampled with NAT, why are there so few? I use chorus on so much stuff. I wonder why it hasn't been more developed on the NEb side.

Your Non-Nebula Favorite Plugins

I use almost exclusively Nebula on my mixes. However I still use a few key plugins that I love. I thought we could share some insight between ourselves. Here's my list of essentials: DMG Equilibrium - Simple yet powerful EQ Decapitator - I use this followed by an instance of HO's distressor mojo lib...

Re: KGB 625 Eq - Who made it?

I use to love Valhalla reverbs until I got the EAR libraries. It's just not the same league. I don't use any other reverbs anymore. ROOMS and HALLS were all I needed. I bought a few other verb libraries and they were really good but EAR has everything I need. Less reverbs and more Modulation stuff!...

Re: Suggestion??? Best 3rd library for Smoothing out Lead Vo

As creamy as they get lol Make sure to get a good EQ library as well. I highly recommend the ELC (man I gotta grab that updated version...I keep forgetting) + Henry's AIR library.

Re: NVC - Series - General News

update: The NVC-Mammoth has been updated to version 0.50, and is now available for download. * each sub-module has visible status and control of bypass and EQ IN/OUT. * MIDI active/dis-able added to manually take the NVC MIDI offline. * INIT indicator. If a module is still in INIT preset, there is ...

Re: waves j37 WTF????

I'm also very curious. One thing I DO like about the j37 is the the way you can control wow/flutter. Is it possible to do this with Nebula libraries?

Re: Suggestion??? Best 3rd library for Smoothing out Lead Vo

hi, I highly recommend cupwise's creamy 660 comp. makes everything smooth and creamy. it's great. I just picked them up last week so I haven't gotten too deep into them yet but i'm really loving Gemini audio's preamps on vocals. lot's of body yet tight...whatever that means. henry olonga's vocal li...

Re: Chorus/Stereo Enhancers

a stereo width processor can't be sampled. i mean, you can sample it. but the mid side processing is absolutely not going to be recreated in a nebula program. you might get a bit of a placebo effect, though. ;) I'm curious about this...What is the reason for this? And how do the chorus libraries in...
