Re: Which console for me?

You could get some mileage out of the WHITE console, provided you get a bit creative on the stereo bus as you will get no "warm" low end out of the white... however the filters on the white EQ are unbelievable. You have so much organic instrumentation I'd stick with AlexB pro lineup due to his solid...

Re: Let's be honest! We really need a rtas version

I converted a PT9 user to nebula and we had issues with fxpansion wrapper at first... HOWEVER the trick is getting the nebula installed AND then loading it up as a VST plugin and configuring it BEFORE wrapping the plugin. It will work flawlessly with the server running in the background if that extr...

Re: could this white paper increase speed of nebula?!

yeah between my dual server setup (i7 2600k quads with 16gb ram and all SSD linked with gigabit) I have more nebula at 512-2048 samples than I can shake a stick at. Now if I were to do film post production i'd have to get about 4 more machines due to the size of the mixes increasing substantially.

that's a hot house beat. Love how the percussion blends so well with the bass pitching of the song. tight production and great mixing overall!

Re: Carla Cappa "Invisible" on YouTube uses Nebula

hey guys! thanks so much for the kind words. after putting so much love into a track it's always nice to hear if people are enjoying the music! I use cubase 6 for recording, editing and mixing. Because I use UAD plugs (32 bit only) I have to keep virtual instruments outside of the daw using Vienne E...

Carla Cappa "Invisible" on YouTube uses Nebula

Hey guys... here's my latest production. Thanks to alexB, giancarlo, cdsoundmaster, tim cupwise, eric beam and VNXT.

A bit more mainstream pop than what I normally post. Hope you enjoy! It was a blast to mix this one.

Re: New Maddi Jane song uses nebula

haha nice catch. Actually it is because the way Thomas hit the drum was slightly inconsistent and each drum hit sounded a bit different with sometimes a hit sounding choked like that. We would typically replace the drum with a steady transient from a sample or something but for this I was confident ...

Guitar Pedals

Any developer going to build a library of all the best guitar pedals? What an incredible tool that could be. Would buy it right now.

Re: CDSM

I can't tell you how nice it is for your to offer a free upgrade for something that tookk so many hours of work. I immediately purchased Tube Booster. I use tape booster all the time. I look forward to having a new tool! So many to choose from with Nebula! Thanks again.

Just placed an order. Will let everyone know how much I like it. Haven't even tried the demo. AlexB's previous work speaks for itself.

Re: i5 2500K or i7 is a must?

I run two i7 2600k side by side. I spend about 1200 on each machine. they have 16gb of ram each and run SSD for nebula.. I am VERY happy running one as the nebula server. I usually mix at 1024 samples and I have NO problem running ALL the reverbs and consoles I want in real time. God bless nehalem

Re: is Nebula ready for a limiter?

are you talking about brickwall limiting? Finall brickwall limiters typically exist on the digital side of the world... There's only a few hardware brickwall limiters that even exist to my knowledge (Pendulum, Waves L2 hardware) it would be nice to get these but I'd settle for a serious library of h...
