Wow...Nebula 1.3.679 loading time...just WOW!

i just updated to .679 and it just loads right up. i actually thought that i still had FROZENBOOT enabled in my XMLs but...no. it just loads super fast now.

adios FROZENBOOT.

great job and thank you AA!

PS: has the 10,000 preset limit been removed with this update?

marco

Re: Is there any way to add a subcategory? NAT? Nebula Setup

hi enrique. thanks for the reply. one correction...i'm actually running server 1.3.668 not pro. and my key is fine, i'm fully registered. i've tried everything that i can think of and nothing works. any preset that i add a subcategory to gets ignored by nebula. here's what i'm doing just in case it'...

Re: The Great Spring! New release!

thanks tim. seems it was the vector and everything's fine now.

this thing's a real no-brainer for the price. i also appreciate that you sell all of the different sample rates separately. i wish all neb developers would do that.

great job tim.

Re: The Great Spring! New release!

hi richie, thanks for checking for me. i appreciate it. the only 2 files i'm using are: THE_GREAT_SPRING_44_1.N2P THE_GREAT_SPRING_44.N2V i tried changing the preset name from 44_1 to 44 but it still wouldn't load. i also tried renaming the vector to 44_1 but nebula wouldn't see it anymore. i've sen...

Re: The Great Spring! New release!

hi tim. i bought the 44.1 but it doesn't load for me. i just get 'init'. i double checked the installation and everything seems fine. all other presets are working just fine. including classic phasers and treble n bass. can anyone confirm that the 44.1 files are working for them? thanks, marco EDIT:...

Re: Is there any way to add a subcategory? NAT? Nebula Setup

hi,

i'm using:
nebula pro 1.3.668
NAT 1.3.668B

i've also tried NAT 1.3.621B, NAT 1.3.600B and NAT 1.3.505B. they all corrupt the presets.

EDIT: i've tried deleting scanboot.xml and the temp folder and it still doesn't work.

thanks,
marco

Is there any way to add a subcategory? NAT? Nebula Setups?

hi, I've tried using NAT to rename presets or to add a subcategory to presets but the presets always get corrupted. nebula either won't see them anymore or won't load them anymore and I have to re-install the original files. I've also tried the free version of nebula setups but that doesn't seem to ...

Re: multiple nebularepositories

PS: if you want to have access to all libraries on both drives in a single instance of nebula you can just create a new folder on the new hdd and add that location to nebula3.xml and nebula3 reverb.xml for example: add <ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH> x:\nebularepository2\ </ALTERNATIVEDATAPATH> x = your new h...

Re: multiple nebularepositories

it's possible but you'd have to access each nebularepository with it's own nebula plugin as any single nebula XML file can only reference a single repository location. at least AFAIK.

Re: Nebula loading time

hi Darren, I think what you're looking for is <FROZENBOOT> which let's you turn library scanning ON or OFF. 0 = OFF (scan) 1 = ON (no scan) it's been a life saver for me. no more waiting 30 to 60 seconds for neb to load. it's great. here's the link for more info: http://www.acustica-audio.com/phpBB3...

Re: Suggestion??? Best 3rd library for Smoothing out Lead Vo

hi, I highly recommend cupwise's creamy 660 comp. makes everything smooth and creamy. it's great. I just picked them up last week so I haven't gotten too deep into them yet but i'm really loving Gemini audio's preamps on vocals. lot's of body yet tight...whatever that means. henry olonga's vocal lib...

Re: Pirates !

hi, call me a conspiracy theorist, but the whole thing smells of sabotage to me. it could be that someone out there doesn't want nebula to become the next big thing. who knows. regarding this thread, I've actually purchased a dozen or so new libraries in the last couple of weeks partly because of th...
