Re: STN - A-American/N-British Gain Stage

And remember, these presets, like some others from rhythminmind, are not in your face effects, but rather very deep and subtle emulations that impart an awesome analog flavor to your audio. So, for example (just guessing), a good chain would be this one? R2R > TB+ > Gain Stage > Console Input/Pre >...

Re: Definitively stupid

You need to rescan for your vst's and/or reset the paths that it is scanning. If both dll's are in the folder, the problem now is in the DAW. But see if Nebula loads properly first to see if we can move on.... Did you delete those files in the nebulatemprepository? Those steps are very important. F...

Re: Definitively stupid

Ok, but now when reinstalling Nebula (without installing server yet) I only find the Nebula.dll in my DAW, not the Reverb one. In my VST plugins folder is there, btw.

So strange.

Re: Definitively stupid

When you uninstalled, did it remove the server app in nebulatemprepository? I think that you need to have everything removed. Also check for other nebula installs that may be lurking. Ok, just restarted the computer and now I can erase the Server folder. Now when I open Nebula in Samplitude i have ...

Re: Definitively stupid

I am from Spain too. Maybe spaniards we are totally dumb for Nebula, just saying  Ahora me explico lo de la prima de riesgo... Hahaha. Ok, let's stick to the thread. After uninstall in order to make a clean Nebula install, I'm having this problem. First install goes OK, update to 1.3.500...

Re: Definitively stupid

Well, just upgrade to Server :-) The first problem is that I have now a new Nebula Core II and Nebula Reverb Core II. I just opened the Server app, no Nebula app linked to Server... When I'm opening some Nebula in Samplitude Pro X (64 Bit) everything freezes... :( The xml of the new Nebula / Nebula ...

Re: STN - A-American/N-British Gain Stage

piano recording ... interesting ... kinda liked what I heard. I still don't get what this program does. Yeah, I have read about, but still don't get it :-) In which way is changing the piano sound, for example? I have read some posts above that you can load it before and after a compressor (Molot),...

Re: Definitively stupid

I did some tests using the same Nebula presets, regular and server, and the server usage was terrible on one machine. I am told that the real beauty of the server function is when you are able to use separate computers as host and client. I was thinking about upgrading this next weekend (64 bit sys...

Upgrading to Server with i7 2600 + 16Gb RAM

Is it worth it? I don't work with 2 computers right now (and probably I won't do it until 2013), and I am really happy with my CPU/RAM usage at this moment. But I have read in some threads that Giancarlo says something like if you repeat Nebula settings in your project (for example, the same Globe C...

Re: FATE EQ+Comp at 96 KHz?

nobody knows and aitb aint telling. Ive asked this before, seeing the 'coming soon!' blurb. false advertising I guess Yesterday I was searching on internet (when I don't have a prompt answer I usually check it by myself) and I found some threads in Gearslutz that were talking about the 44.1/96 thin...

FATE EQ+Comp at 96 KHz?

I'm doing the big step from 44.1 to 96 (hoping this will improve my mixes!) and I noticed that FATE installers are copying only 44.1 vectors in my Nebula folder. Someone knows if a there's a 96 KHz version? I tried to contact with AITB but I haven't got an answer yet, just wanted to know (I hope it ...

Re: Favorite general purpose EQ?

Big +1 on the Q8. Pretty clean, but with a little bit of character.

I love the FATE EQ too. A totally different EQ.

Ok, running Sam or Reaper as administrator solved the problem!

Thanks for the tip :-)
