Re: SAND out now!

(Windows 10, Reaper 5.26 (64-bit) My first impressions of SAND: Awesome overall sound. Great compression behaviour. I love BUS4, maybe the best emulation I've heard. EQs sounds great! SAND strip is cool but cpu-heavy. SAND strip bus comp controls reacted slowly/did not react at one point when flippe...

Re: Magenta Eq

For those of you having trouble installing on win 7, be sure to run both the installer and your host as administrator (right click) and the serial should be created. Even though my windows says I'm admin and have all the rights, it didn't worked before I did as above. Thank´s support.

Re: New Release From CDS - THE APEX TAPE COLLECTION !!!!!

can someone who knows about tape heritage explain what is different / special about this collection (compared to R2R which I own and had assumed was comprehensive) - as well as hint a bit more as to the origin? Its just not so clear for someone like me who grew up in DAW land... thanks! Same concep...

LTIMED?

Hi.

Just wondering if there is really any reason to change the default <LTIMED> to anything higher than 10000? Will it benefit the sound in any way? 50000 and timed kernels is the way to go right, if you have the cpu?

Re: Henry Olonga releases many new products!!!

Imagine it is a virtual box that behaves somehwat like hardware. Sometimes with real hardware you might need to turn the input up to get a box to react a certain way and correspondingly turn the output level down before going into the next part of the chain. Sometimes the goodness is usually in tha...

Re: Henry Olonga releases many new products!!!

By pushing the input fader you can still clip the output of course so lower the output volume if the nebula over light turns on. It all depends on the input level of your track really. Michael Angel of CDsoundmaster has released a very useful nebula library for dealing with level discrepancies - an...
