Re: Magenta

really handy would be a version which contains all the filter frequencies, the normal ones and the mastering ones. otherwise you'd have to do two different versions of the plugin, which i would like less than a 'combined' version.

what do you think about doing it that way?

Re: version 1.3.731

nice to hear all that cool details 'g'!! i just want to write down a few thoughts which may inspire you at some point of the nebula4 project: one major thing comes to my mind regarding nebula in a rack situation: 'freezing'. this means you can load, say, a mammoth eq-preset, which loads a lot of pro...

Re: Modern Flagship eQualizer: RELEASED !

hi alex a thing i'd really love to see would be the M****y massive passive sampled by you and your new converters!! i already love the programs from aitb, but they aren't 96khz and if this unit will be sampled in a better quality, i guess, i'm not the onlyone who will buy it again ;D btw: i could co...

Re: Bricasti M7

hi henry maybe i was not clear enough about my point. waiting for such a great thing never was a problem to me. i shouldn't have written anything about x-mas etc.. my main point is this: few weeks ago i had a very interesting chat with a friend, where we were discussing the limitations of convolutio...

Re: Bricasti M7

hi Henry i'll have some spare time during dezember and i'd be willing to spend some of it to this project, so hopefully the first program will be ready for xmas ..but i know, its certainly a very optimistic scedule! anyway, i had some ideas about how to capture this bastard the full way, with every ...

Re: BC PatchWork

just want to throw in another thought: do i see things right? the basic problem lies in the loading procedure of nebula. it first loads the init-preset, which is 44.1khz and then stuck at this rate? if so, another possible workaround would be to provide init-files with different samplerates! what th...

Re: Best way to monitor gain reduction when using Nebula?

@ngarjuna i see things about the benefit of gr-meter allmost the same like you, especially in the nebula world. while on a real hardware box the needle shows you exactly what the vca is doing, nebula kind of guesses the action by comparing two envelopefollower, one before and one after the process. ...

Re: BC PatchWork

i just tried the following: load nebula into it, load a 96khz program, copy-paste the nebula into a different slot: WRONG samplerate!! but i just had an idea for a workaround: Giancarlo, wouldn't it be easy for you implementing kind of a 'fixed samplerate' line into nebulas xml-file, or is something...

Re: Best way to monitor gain reduction when using Nebula?

i for myself tweak every compressor program i use. there is definitely big improvement possible for most programs out there, especially for old ones. for adjustments make sure that you're on the program page on nebula; press edit; go to the EVFS page; i find the following adjustments quit useful: EV...
