Re: Cobalt is out! Pre-order (20%OFF)

How does this one compared to Gold? Talking sound-wise and track count? I tried Gold and fell in love, but not in love with every time I turned a knob I got massive CPU spikes and crackles (never where solved so couldn't use it, let alone buy it). Also did they fix the noise blast bug that was in Ti...

Nebula and all Acquas unable to be bypassed in Reaper

Bypassing or unchecking any and all AA products do not disable CPU usage in Reaper.

Deleting and or freezing is the only thing that works.

Re: N4

Okay. Let's talk about the GUI. I'm going to be super harsh, but so honest. PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF FAKE KNOBS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN! They will be (and all the other 'gear centric' styled GUI's), completely and totally laughed at within a few years time. It's a gimmick that has so long ran its course. Ho...

Browsing through presets quickly? Please help.

So coming back to Neb land, and am remembering all of the (literal) pain of using this application. Reason why I never used 90% of CDSM and Henry's presets, ever. The Drum Comp library? Took me HALF A DAY to go through the presets and literally started getting tingling in my hands due to the constan...

Re: T tape Released!!!

Lots of great replies, I will have to check this tape out! Have begun using Nebula again with much better results than before. One thing I have noticed in the path, when I tried to do the whole analog signal chain simulation via Nebula my mixes got worse. What I found out it was pretty much all of t...

Re: Nebula version 1.3.903 released

God... I don't know where to start. First, I've spent a month and a half trying to solve a new problem with my PC, and in the process... rebuilding my audio PC to a 5930k from a 980x, new 32GB DDR4 RAM (from old 24GB DDR3), new SSD Samsung Pro 1TB for audio and samples (OS is and has been SSD Samsu...

Re: Honey Channel Strip under development

Is anyone else having issues with CPU spikes when moving anything on the GUI? Besides that, I have also noticed this thing is a massive CPU monster. With no bands engaged and just the preamps it is running at ~40%, and 55% with all bands on. Compared to Amber (which takes a meager 10%) with all band...

Re: Nebula version 1.3.903 released

So I figured out what is going on here at least. Quite logically furious. The download dashboard is broken, yes the download dashboard on the website is broken. It points to incorrect versions, and there are uploaded versions that will not install to boot. Rolling back to the previous version before...

Re: Nebula version 1.3.903 released

It's also spiking much more than the previous version. Pretty much unusable here, and what happened to multicore support? Had to roll back as this newest version doesn't use any of my 7 other cores. Program that used to hit ~10% on a single core causes lots of dropouts and stuttering. Bizarre some ...

Re: Upgrading older CDSM ACQUA plugins?

Thank you richie for coming on here and clarifying a bit better how it could be done. Specifically I have an OSX based system and his older libraries are still 32 bit vsts in Mac land. The N-TEN library has never really worked on my system in Ableton 8 or 9 in 64bit mode with jbridge. Constant crash...

Re: 1.3.636 released apparently, what's new?

After upgrading I couldn't for the life of me get my libraries 'seen' by this version even after proper reauthorization. Had to revert back to .608 or something (only one that really worked well on my system). Even pointing Nebula setups 2 to it didn't work, so again had to revert back to an older v...

Re: Acustica Audio Library sample rate?

It's totally dependent on your source sample rate in your DAW. Most developers utilize a variety of sample rates for their libraries natively. If you work at 96k, purchase those libraries at that rate. There are a lot of libraries that you can purchase at your relative sample rate without needing to...

Re: Cupwise release- Creamy 660 Comp/Limiter set

After using the demos more so for their harmonic content prior to the stock Ableton comps I'm fairly sold on picking these up. They add a fantastic character to any vanilla plugin comp. finding new uses for both my own and clients mixes each and every day. Great addition to the tool box, even after ...
