Re: MFC vs. Lime

The precision, the correlated stereo, the deep and fat sound with something as ambience-atmosphere comes from the console and it's captured thanks at my custom built converters and my skills in sampling technique. No converters on the market can achieve even a percentage in performance of mine. Sor...

Re: Missing info from Pink2 manual

Hey man, to confirm, this is the actual signal flow in the strip:

Input gain -> preamp -> filters + EQ -> compressor -> output gain

Re: Missing info from Pink2 manual

I'll ask the guys that made the routing decisions (and forward an add-on text for the manual), but my assumption is that they will be stuck to the EQ section so that the impulse responses can be coalesced to reduce latency and CPU load. I'll post again here in case I am mistaking this, but it must b...

Re: Honey and Navy...

mmm, probably because of the included preamps. Also because the original HW bits these are inspired by don't really have built-in channel compressors. If you look at Navy you will find very flexible preamp options, even if these are just a few. And in fact you can use it as a sort of console emulati...

Re: Missing info from Pink2 manual

These are a HPF, LPF and a BPF. Measuring the plug-in I find the following: HPF is at about 55Hz (it is -3dB at that point, which is how you measure the cut-off frequency of such filters) LPF is at 12kHz (you start losing some HF from about 4k but very gradually) BPF has the cut-off frequencies arou...

Re: AA @ the AES UK 'Up your Output!' Student Event, March 17/18

Hi all, something we posted on Facebook. The event was just great and every audio student in this part of the world (UK) should consider attending UP! 2019 (dates and location to be announced soon). Last weekend we had the pleasure to participate in the Audio Engineering Society British Section's an...

Re: Acustica is pleased to release PINK2 suite, the dawn of CORE12!

I'm having issues purchasing Pink2. It's telling me that I need a VAT number. I live in the US, so I don't have that nor a Fiscal Code. Help, anyone? Hey antago1, I don't deal with purchases, so I can't help. But your best bet would be to submit a sales ticket from the Support section on the websit...

Re: Introducing N4 Player

Hi there. I have a few questions. 1. Will current owners of N4 still be able to use their current CPCL for free after this update? 2. Will current 3rd party N4 libraries still work after this update? 3. Will there be some kind of free library available for the free player to give people new to Nebu...

Not sure about the 780, but in the 1650 it must be model B preamp.

Re: Acustica is pleased to release PINK2 suite, the dawn of CORE12!

Please allow us to precisely set to the non-interpolated cut/boost numbers. The real EQs only do 2 dB increments (except Model C and 780) so for the purists out there please make that a possibility. By holding alt before clicking or something. I don't know if what you ask will happen, but from what...
