Re: Pink2 - TBR this week!

Hey All, I've (finally) just updated my Pink2 to version R (03 May)... and the skin changed. I looked in my installation folder and noticed that there are six files named ***SKINOLD.N2S. What do I have to do to get my old beautiful knobs back? Idiotic question: Is there any way that this would affec...

Re: Magenta4 is out! Paint your mix!

Slight bug in the Magenta4STRIP:

The channel strip compressor wet/dry control initiates to 100% wet. Control+click resets the value to 50% wet.
Magenta4 compressor and stereo compressor work correctly. They initiate at 100% wet and reset to 100% wet.

Can anybody else confirm?

Re: Water is out!

Why not add the standalone EQ after the strip? Then you have exactly what you want. I personally always prefer the single plug-ins instead of the strips as I prefer to use my tools in the same way like you. I may be snowing myself, but my impression is that when using the strip, the full sample res...

Re: Water is out!

Hey Andrums, I fully agree with this request. Especially when boosting the lows with the EQ it make working with the comp difficult (not only in this strip). My usual order would be filters/EQ first if removing stuff, comp second, EQ third if boosting stuff. So I made the same request myself. It tu...

Pink2 Insane Mode

I love the sonic improvements in Pink 2! One question:

While Pink2 channel strip still has the insane mode switch the standalone 2412 and 7236 compressors do not. Are the stand-alone versions running insane mode by default?

Re: Acustica releases Cream - a dreamware approach to console modelling!

I can verify standalone compressor GR problem. I'm not hearing this thing release, so I think it's more than just the meter. Error condition seems to reset when switching from Comp B/C to OFF.

Running 8May version I. VST2 64Bit OS

Re: Acustica releases Cream - a dreamware approach to console modelling!

I'm running into a fault on the standalone preamp.

If one tries to use the channel selector tool on Tube2, then the switch to other preamps (Mic, Line, Tube 1) becomes un-reliable, and the channel selector wheel stops working on these other pre-amp models.

Can anybody else confirm this behavior?

Re: Acustica releases Cream - a dreamware approach to console modelling!

The user manual suggests that the pre-amplifier section has 24 Line input to bus output paths, and 12 mic input to bus output paths in its model. Is this really 36 unique signal path models? And do we have to go on an Easter egg hunt--notebook in hand-- to find and remember our favorite processing s...

Did the insane mode make it into the Pink2 ports of 2412 and 7236?

Re: Acustica is pleased to release PINK2 suite, the dawn of CORE12!

Question:
Where is the insane control on the new Pink2-7236 and Pink2-2412? If the control didn't make the move to version 2, is the plugin running in insane mode by default?

Blue and Orange not available on the Aquarius 1.0.037 on Mac. Fix on next beta release?

I bought Blue VST64 a year ago, I got frustrated by a wonky control interface, and uninstalled it. I would like to give it another try. Can you please add an installer to the Aquarius system?

Re: Pink 2412 Users: Will they get the whole new Pink Strip?

I think this stuff is priced way too cheaply for what we're getting. With Pink 2 there will be two equalizer sections. I bought the Pink compressor pack but not Pink. A reasonable compromise would be a half price upgrade to the full Pink suite. For Pink users who are not using 2412 and 7236 compress...

Plugin Bugfixes and Aquarius Migration

Hey all: A couple products had some regressions show up after migrating to Aquarius. I'm thinking mainly of the "Flat" skin on the EQ section of the Lime Channel strip and the side-chain filter problem in Aquamarine. Is there any intention to go back and fix those? It seems like there's a lot of att...

Re: Ruby - Dw Fearn VT-5 equalizer TBR 26 Jan 2018

Just noticed an engine update showed up in my Aquarius yesterday. Engine is now updateing to 1.4.210b.

I've already started using Ruby for some of my client work. Is there any risk that the engine update could change the sound of the plugin? If so, I'd rather wait to update.
